AI Real Estate Video Editor – Photo to Cinematic Property Videos

TJ Lead Solutions is looking for a skilled AI Real Estate Video Editor for ongoing per-project work.

Your job will be to take existing real estate listing photos and turn them into cinematic property videos using AI image-to-video tools.

This is NOT a basic slideshow editing job.

We are looking for realistic AI-generated camera movement that makes still property photos feel like actual professional real estate footage.

Typical project:

• 30–45 second finished video
• 16:9 horizontal format
• 1080p minimum
• 6–10 selected property images
• Cinematic AI-generated camera movement
• Smooth transitions
• Professional real estate music
• Basic property/agent branding when requested
• Some projects may also require a 9:16 vertical version

The most important requirement is REALISM.

The AI should NOT:

• Change walls or room layouts
• Add/remove windows or doors
• Change furniture or appliances
• Invent rooms or property features
• Distort architecture
• Create obvious AI artifacts or morphing objects

Preferred tools include:
Kling AI, Runway, Google Veo/Flow, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar AI video tools.

This is ongoing gig work paid per completed project. Order volume will depend on customer demand. Strong editors will receive priority as more projects come in.
