Remote Fractional CTO / Technical Product Lead

We are looking for a remote Fractional CTO / Technical Product Lead to support the launch and technical direction of Tradelance.

Tradelance is a marketplace and fintech-enabled platform for the trade industry. The current platform has been built in Bubble, with a new custom build planned as we move into the next stage of growth.

We need someone who can review the current platform, identify technical risks, support launch readiness, manage the development roadmap, guide developers, improve accountability, and provide clear technical reporting to the founder.

This is not just a coding role. We need a senior technical leader who can think commercially, communicate clearly, understand platform risk, and help guide the business through launch and future scaling.

Experience with marketplaces, fintech-style platforms, SaaS, payments, Bubble, custom builds, mobile apps, and technical team leadership is highly preferred.
