Elevate Consulting is a digital marketing agency that helps remodeling contractors and other local service businesses across the U.S. generate more leads and booked jobs through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google LSA, and lead generation.

We are looking for a motivated, performance-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. remodeling contractors and business owners.
• Send outbound SMS messages every morning.
• Respond to SMS conversations and follow up with interested prospects.
• Call and follow up with warm leads.
• Qualify business owners and identify potential opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments directly onto our calendar.
• Keep the CRM updated with call and lead information.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.

Compensation

$200 USD per month base pay, approximately $50 per week.

In addition, you will earn $50 USD for every appointment you book that closes into a paying client.

Our current qualified appointment close rate is approximately 30–40%.

Strong performers have the potential to earn approximately $400–$1,000+ USD per week, depending on appointment volume and closed clients.

• Focused on results, not just hours worked.

Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
