What you'll be doing:

• Answering client calls, texts, and email s
• Booking and scheduling cleaning appointments
• Following up with leads and past clients
• Helping onboard independent cleaning professionals
• Handling client satisfaction and resolving issues

You're who we're looking for if you:

• Speak and write English excellently (you'll talk to real U.S. clients by phone)
• Are proactive — you follow up without being told
• Are available during U.S. Eastern Time hours
• Have experience in customer service, sales, or operations
