We're building our creator partnership team and looking for someone who enjoys researching interesting people online, learning about different industries, and starting genuine conversations.

The Role
We're hiring a Creator Partnership Coordinator to help us discover and build relationships with potential creator partners.

You'll be responsible for the beginning of our partnership process:
Find ? Research ? Qualify ? Engage ? Communicate ? Organize ? Handoff

This is not a high-volume cold messaging position.

Our goal is to find the right creators and build genuine relationships with them.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching creators and influencers online
• Reviewing their content, audiences, and businesses
• Using our AI systems to help evaluate potential partners
• Identifying creators who match our partnership criteria
• Engaging naturally with creators on social media
• Sending personalized introductory messages
• Responding to early conversations
• Tracking creators and follow-ups in our CRM
• Introducing interested creators to our founder

You'll receive detailed procedures, training, messaging guidelines, and AI tools to help you perform the role.

Initially, you'll primarily work with:

• Instagram

• LinkedIn
• GoHighLevel
• ChatGPT and our internal AI systems

You do not need prior experience with every tool.

We can train you on our systems.
