Real Estate Cold Caller / ISA – Follow Up Boss Experience Preferred

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Real Estate Cold Caller / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team on a part-time, long-term basis.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, is confident and professional on the phone, and has experience speaking with real estate leads. Experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) is strongly preferred.

Schedule
5 hours per day
5 days per week
25 hours per week
Consistent availability and reliability are important
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to real estate leads and prospects
Have professional, natural conversations with homeowners
Identify motivated sellers and potential opportunities
Ask qualifying questions and gather accurate information
Follow up with leads consistently
Update lead information, notes, tasks, and follow-ups in Follow Up Boss
Schedule appointments for qualified and interested leads
Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure leads do not fall through the cracks
Requirements
Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Previous real estate cold-calling, ISA, or lead-generation experience preferred
Experience with Follow Up Boss preferred
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet working environment
Coachable, dependable, and able to work independently
Comfortable handling rejection and staying positive on the phone
