Real Estate VA — Investor Team (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

We're a small real estate team and most of our clients are investors buying 2–4 unit buildings, and most of them buy again — so our business runs on taking good care of the people we already know.

We're looking for someone to make sure nothing gets missed.

What you'll do

Reply to client and agent messages through our portals and email
Research properties — recent sales, rents, and what a building is worth today
Send check-in messages to past clients about their buildings
Keep our CRM and spreadsheets current

This is a written role — no phone calls. Everything you do is typed.

What we're looking for

Excellent written English — you'll be writing directly to American investors and agents
Comfortable in Google Sheets and Docs
Able to pick up new software on your own (we use Follow Up Boss, Compass, and Zenlist — we'll train you)
Reliable, week in and week out

Real estate experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

Where this goes

This starts at a few hours a week, but it's not a temporary gig. A tea ---------- mber goes on maternity leave in the coming months, and whoever is in this role will step into a full-time position when that happens. We're hiring now so you have time to learn the work first.
