We are looking for an experienced Google Maps Scraping & AI Automation Specialist to help us build large, highly targeted B2B prospect databases across specific healthcare niches.
This is not a basic data-entry position. We need someone who has successfully built automated systems that extract thousands of businesses from Google Maps, enrich the data, use AI to qualify prospects, remove duplicates, and deliver clean, sales-ready databases.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will build a system capable of:
Scraping targeted businesses from Google Maps across the United States
Running searches across hundreds of cities, states, keywords, and geographic areas
Extracting business names, websites, phone numbers, addresses, ratings, and other available data
Crawling company websites for additional information
Using AI/LLMs to determine whether each business meets specific qualification criteria
Identifying business owners, founders, clinical directors, or other decision-makers
Finding and enriching business email addresses and contact information
Categorizing businesses based on services, specialties, and other criteria
Assigning prospect/lead scores
Removing duplicate businesses and cleaning the final dataset
Exporting qualified leads into Google Sheets, CSV, Airtable, or our CRM
Initial Project
Our first project will involve identifying neurofeedback providers throughout the United States.
We do NOT want only businesses with “neurofeedback” in their company name.
The system needs to identify healthcare practices that offer neurofeedback as a service, including:
Dedicated neurofeedback centers
Functional neurology practices
Chiropractic neurological practices
Psychology and mental-health practices
Brain-training centers
Concussion and TBI clinics
ADHD and autism clinics
qEEG / brain-mapping practices
Integrative healthcare practices offering neurofeedback
AI should then analyze each company and determine whether it is a legitimate prospect.

You should have hands-on experience with several of the following:

OpenAI / ChatGPT API or other LLMs

Data enrichment
Apollo, Clay, Hunter, or similar enrichment platforms

We are specifically looking for someone who has already completed projects like this.

Removed duplicates and delivered a clean final database.

We are looking for someone who understands scraping, data engineering, lead enrichment, and AI automation.
Paid Test Project
Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a paid test.
You will be asked to identify approximately 100 neurofeedback providers in the United States and provide:
Practice name
Website
City
State
Phone number
Owner / decision-maker
Decision-maker title
Business email when available
Type of healthcare practice
Whether the practice actually offers neurofeedback
Type of neurofeedback / related technology when identifiable
Evidence confirming neurofeedback is offered
Prospect qualification score
Source
The final list must be clean, verified, and deduplicated.
The Opportunity
If the initial project is successful, there will be significant ongoing work building databases across numerous healthcare specialties.
We want someone who can help us create a repeatable AI-powered lead-generation engine, not simply complete one scraping project.
