About Us: We are a local home services company in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer five services: Trash Bin Cleaning, Mobile Car Detailing, Pressure Washing, Housekeeping, and Pet Waste Removal.

The Project: We need a straightforward Zapier (or ---------- ) workflow built to help automate our cross-selling. The budget for this complete project is a strict maximum of $500. Do not apply if your rate is higher than $500.

What You Will Build (The Tasks):

Google Sheets to Email Routing: We use a Master Google Sheet to track our customers. When my admin adds a new row (customer name, email , and "Payment Status"), Zapier needs to automatically add that contact to our email platform (Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign).

Standard 5-Step Email Sequence: Set up a simple automated campaign that sends an email every 14 days, rotating through our five services. Note: One simple conditional logic rule is required—if the "Payment Status" column says "Annual," the system must skip the email that asks them to upgrade to annual billing.

Basic ChatGPT Auto-Responder: Use Zapier to connect our Gmail to the OpenAI API. If a customer replies to a marketing email , the AI should read it, reference a 1-page Google Doc we provide (pricing and basic FAQs), and create a draft response in Gmail for us to review.

Alert Notification: Set up a basic trigger that sends our manager an email or SMS alert if a customer replies saying they want to book a service or asks for a custom quote.

Requirements:
