Growth + Content Operator

We're a U.S.-based venture studio and operating company building AI-enabled software products. We move fast and give tea ---------- mbers real ownership over outcomes.

Your primary job is to create qualified business conversations and measurable pipeline. Content supports distribution; you are not being hired solely to manage social media.

You'll own:

• Prospect research and decision-maker identification
• CRM hygiene
• Email / LinkedIn outreach and follow-up
• Pipeline reporting
• Basic landing-page / campaign analysis
• Turning founder voice notes, demos, screenshots, and raw footage into basic content using CapCut/Canva/AI tools
• Working independently from weekly targets

Requirements: a track record of measurable pipeline results (not just marketing theory), comfort with CRM/outbound tools, and fluency using AI tools for research, personalization, and content production. AI tools are encouraged, but you'll be expected to explain and defend your approach during a live review.

Compensation: $4.50–$6 USD/hour base plus performance bonuses tied to agreed KPIs (qualified meetings, pilots, customers). Compensation is reviewed based on demonstrated output and ownership.
