Marketing Administrative Assistant

Independent Contractor | Part-Time | Remote

We're looking for a contractor to support ongoing marketing projects across our client accounts. This is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing work. A background or interest in marketing is a plus, but what matters most is that you're resourceful, organized, and motivated to figure things out.

Project Scope
As an independent contractor, you'll take on projects that may include:

Email Marketing — Building, scheduling, and sending client email campaigns
Meta Ads — Setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Blog Posts — Drafting and publishing content based on provided direction
Website Updates — Editing existing website templates, no coding or design experience needed; these are plug-and-play updates
Data Organization — Keeping spreadsheets, files, and client information clean and current
Analytics Reporting — Pulling performance data and compiling it into clear, readable reports
Resources and guidance on our tools and processes will be made available to help you get up to speed.

What We're Looking For
Self-motivated and able to manage your own time and workflow
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eager to incorporate them into your work
Organized, detail-oriented, and communicates proactively
No prior experience in these areas required — resourcefulness and a willingness to learn matter more
A background or interest in marketing is a plus
Ability to meet in the evenings (PhST)

Contract Details
Rate: $5-7/hour depending on experience, you will send invoices for your work on an agreed billing cycle
Availability: 20 hours per week to complete projects
Location: Remote
