About the Role

Static Product Ad Designer (Remote)

We're building out our paid social creative and we're looking for designers to own our static ad output.

The Role

You'll work directly with the Creative Director, producing static ad graphics for products. For each piece, you'll receive a concept and a rough mockup, that's usually it. No full asset pack, no brand library to pull from. Your job is to take a sketch of an idea and produce a finished, polished ad from it: layout, type, compositing, retouching.

We do all concepting and creative direction. You do the execution.

Volume starts at one piece per week and can grow.

If you also do AI animation (image-to-video), mention it — we're hiring for that separately and would rather have one person doing both.

What We're Really Looking For

Skill comes first. This is an execution role and the work either holds up or it doesn't. We're not looking to train someone into the craft — we need someone who can already produce polished, product-forward ad graphics that would look at home next to the best creative in the category.

Second, and nearly as important: how you handle revisions. Feedback here is direct and frequent, and because you're working from a mockup and a paragraph, a lot rides on whether you can read a note and understand what we meant, not just what it said. We need someone who takes feedback without friction, turns it around fast, and doesn't treat a revision request as a referendum on their taste.

Third: reliability. Respond on time, flag problems early, deliver when you said you would. Great work that shows up late or goes silent mid-project doesn't help us.

Requirements

Proven skill producing polished static ad creative (most important)
Fast, clean revision turnaround
Strong written English and reading comprehension
Ability to work from minimal direction — an idea and a rough mockup, not a finished spec
Fast, stable internet
Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Figma
Consistent deadlines and early flagging of issues

Compensation

TBD
Starts with one unpaid test piece so we both find out quickly whether it's a fit
Room to grow into more volume and more responsibility with incentives and consistent payouts.
Looking for someone to grow with us long-term, not a one-off freelancer. Things such as salary are a real possibility
