Image Ad Creative Editor (E-commerce – Health & Beauty)

We run a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and beauty space. We sell our products through our own Shopify store and scale primarily static ads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The brand is growing fast, and I’m looking to bring on a strong creative editor to help us scale further.

I’m looking for someone who understands performance-driven creatives. Not just someone who can edit nicely, but someone who understands what makes ads convert.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for creating and iterating image and video ad creatives for Meta ads. This includes:

• Creating new ad concepts from scratch
• Iterating on winning creatives
• Testing different hooks, angles, and structures
• Working closely with me to improve performance over time

This is not just design work. This is direct response creative work.

What I’m Looking For:

• Proven experience with e-commerce static ad creatives
• Strong understanding of Meta ads and paid social structure
• Experience with direct response marketing principles
• Ability to think in hooks, scroll stoppers, problem-solution angles, and UGC-style formats
• Someone who understands ad iteration and testing frameworks

Tools I Expect You to Be Comfortable With

• Higgsfield
• Nano Banana
• Canva
• ChatGPT/ Grok

You should be able to work independently, take feedback well, and continuously improve creatives based on performance data.
