About the Role

IMMIGRATION CASE MANAGER — REMOTE

The Danquah Law Group, a U.S. immigration law firm, seeks a highly organized and proactive Case Manager based in the Philippines.

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern
Starting pay: $6 USD/hour
Benefits: Paid training, paid holidays after probation, five paid personal days after six months, performance bonuses, and a 90-day compensation review.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned matters in Docketwise.
  • Ensure every case has a current status, next action, owner, and deadline.
  • Monitor tasks, government notices, appointments, interviews, RFEs, NOIDs, and court deadlines.
  • Request documents, signatures, and missing information.
  • Communicate procedural updates using approved language.
  • Record every client contact the same day.
  • Organize and review files for administrative completeness.
  • Prepare weekly case-status and aging reports.
  • Escalate urgent notices, deadlines, and legal questions immediately.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, intake, and Client Accounts.

Requirements

  • At least two years of case-management, legal-support, compliance, healthcare, or other deadline-driven experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organization, accuracy, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and backup internet.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours.
  • U.S. immigration, law-firm, Docketwise, Clio, or similar software experience is strongly preferred.
