Influencer Outreach & Creator Partnership Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Virtual Assistant to help us recruit creators for brand campaigns.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone with experience in influencer marketing and creator outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Find qualified YouTube, TikTok and Instagram creators based on campaign requirements.
• Contact creators via business email , Instagram DM, TikTok DM or other appropriate channels.
• Build relationships with creators and introduce campaign opportunities.
• Follow up with creators who have not responded.
• Collect rate cards, media kits and campaign information.
• Update Google Sheets/Excel with outreach progress.
• Communicate in fluent English with creators.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with influencer outreach or influencer marketing.
• Excellent written English.
• Familiar with YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
• Able to work independently and meet daily outreach targets.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience working with creator agencies or marketing agencies.
• Experience using Google Sheets, Excel, Notion or Airtable.
• Experience finding business email s and creator contact information.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for increased hours based on performance.
