All-Rounder Virtual Assistant – Canva, Shopify, GoHighLevel & Social Media (UK Brand, Long-Term)

Salary: ?75,000/month + 13th month pay
Performance review with pay increase at 6 months, with genuine room to grow well beyond the starting rate for the right person.

Hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week. Flexible schedule with a minimum 4 hour overlap with UK mornings (approx. 3pm to 7pm PHT)
Employment: Long term, direct with the business owner. No agency.

About us

We are Clic Clothing, a UK custom clothing brand established in 2018. We supply printed uniforms to around 400 dance and performing arts schools across the UK, plus two sister brands in workwear and print supplies. Team of 10, stable, growing, and looking for someone to become a core part of how we operate for years to come.

The role

You will be our go-to person for the daily work that keeps the business moving:

Canva mockups (biggest part of the role): creating garment mockups using our templates and customer logos. Not design from scratch. We provide templates, examples and a clear standard to match
Shopify: uploading products, editing listings, updating images and pricing, general store admin
GoHighLevel: managing contacts, sending templated messages, supporting our workflows and pipelines
Social media: creating and scheduling posts, stories and reels for Instagram and Facebook using our templates and content plan, plus replying to comments and DMs. Our ad agency handles paid ads, you handle organic
Admin: inbox management with templated responses, spreadsheets, file organisation in Dropbox

You must have

Strong Canva skills with a portfolio to show
Shopify experience (store admin level)
GoHighLevel experience, or solid CRM experience and proof you learn tools fast
Experience creating and scheduling social media content
Excellent written English
Reliable fibre internet and backup power, own laptop
Available for a long term, full time commitment

Bonus points

CapCut or short form video editing
Background removal and photo editing
Experience with UK, US or e-commerce businesses
