About Shoreline Media

Shoreline Media is a growing digital marketing agency that helps small and local businesses generate leads, improve their online presence, and grow their businesses through effective digital marketing strategies.

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert who can take ownership of client marketing systems from setup through execution. This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We need someone who is highly proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL), funnels, websites, automations, CRM systems, lead generation, and digital marketing.

You should be someone who can take a project from an idea or set of instructions and build it, troubleshoot it, test it, and make it work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts and systems
• Build complete sales funnels and lead-generation funnels
• Design and build professional websites and landing pages
• Create and manage workflows, automations, triggers, campaigns, and sequences
• Set up CRM pipelines, opportunities, forms, surveys, calendars, and lead-management systems
• Configure email and SMS marketing campaigns and automations
• Build lead capture and follow-up systems
• Set up integrations between GHL and other marketing platforms
• Troubleshoot GHL workflows, automations, domains, forms, calendars, and integrations
• Build websites and landing pages that are mobile-friendly and conversion-focused
• Assist with Google Business Profile / local SEO strategies
• Understand lead generation and conversion optimization
• Assist with Meta/Facebook and Google advertising when needed
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
• Perform basic analytics and reporting
• Help develop marketing strategies for local service businesses
• Research competitors, industries, keywords, and marketing opportunities
• Make recommendations for improving client results
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
