The Role
You will be the first voice our clients and leads hear from. You will own the front-end of our business handling inquiries, booking jobs, following up with leads, and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a data-entry role. We want someone who takes initiative, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes pride in delivering a great experience.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client and lead inquiries promptly and professionally via email and messaging platforms
• Convert inbound leads into booked cleans through confident, friendly communication
• Manage scheduling and coordinate bookings using our systems
• Follow up with leads, past clients, and pending quotes to keep the pipeline moving
• Handle day-to-day admin including Google Sheets tracking, inbox management, and internal updates

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English (confident, warm, and professional)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems consistently
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, email , and picking up new tools quickly
• Available during EST business hours (full or partial overlap)
• Self-directed (you don't need to be micromanaged to do excellent work)
• Someone who wants a long-term role, not just a short-term contract
