Customer Service Agent – Eve Curls

ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Eve Curls is a fast-growing DTC curly hair care brand serving customers across Europe and the US. We're hiring a Customer Service Agent to handle customer support tickets and help us deliver a great experience.

What you'll do:

Respond to customer support tickets (Gorgias)
Handle order, shipping, and product questions
Represent the Eve Curls brand with clear, friendly communication

Working hours:

Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, European business hours (approx. 9AM–5PM CET)
Plus a 4-hour Sunday shift (9AM–5PM CET)

Compensation:

$880/month

Requirements:

Prior experience in ecommerce customer service
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
