European Road Transport – Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, analytical and fast-learning Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our transport operations team.
You do not need to know everything about European transport from day one. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow structured processes, think logically and gradually take full responsibility for 2–3 trucks.
You will work directly with management and be trained in our internal dispatching methods and decision-making process.
Main Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle locations, availability, loading and unloading
• Search for suitable loads on European freight platforms
• Compare loads based on rate, distance, empty km, timing and destination
• Calculate revenue per kilometer
• Communicate with customers, freight forwarders and drivers
• Negotiate transport rates
• Check transport orders, addresses, cargo details and documents
• Send instructions to drivers and collect CMR/POD documents
• Provide customer status updates
• Escalate unusual or high-risk situations
• Gradually take independent responsibility for 2–3 trucks

Previous logistics experience is not mandatory.
Nice to Have

• Experience with load boards such as Trans.eu and Timocom
• Experience with European, UK and Swiss roads and transport regulations
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, especially express transport
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, dispatch or transport operations

Driver Communication
Our drivers mainly speak Romanian.
Romanian is not required. Most communication is based on standardized instructions and message templates, with translation tools available when necessary.

The role will progress gradually from:
Training & Support ? Load Recommendations ? Controlled Decisions ? Independent Management of 2–3 Trucks
Responsibility will be increased based on performance, accuracy and demonstrated judgment.
