Short-Form TikTok Video Editing

I'm looking for someone who has experience editing short-form videos with quick edits to keep engagement. Raw footage can be anywhere from 3-10 minutes long - edited down to a video around 45 to 90 seconds. Mostly just editing out dead space and adding in overlays. Occasionally I will need a green screen or split screen effect for a video. I'll need around 15-25 videos edited per week (roughly 5-15 hours of work).
