We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to research home service businesses across the United States.

Your job is to find independent contractors with outdated or poor-quality websites that could benefit from a professional website redesign.

You will primarily search Google Maps and Google Search in major U.S. cities.

Industries include:

Handyman
Painting
Landscaping
HVAC
Roofing
Pressure Washing
Flooring
Fence Contractors
Tree Services
Other residential home service businesses

Cities include (but are not limited to):

Phoenix / Scottsdale
Tampa / Clearwater
Dallas suburbs
Austin suburbs
San Diego / Orange County
Nashville
Charlotte
Atlanta suburbs
Denver suburbs
Raleigh
Additional major U.S. residential markets

Requirements for each lead:

Business Name
Owner Name (if available)

Email Address
Phone Number
City & State
Google Business Profile Link
Number of Google Reviews
Website URL (if available)
Does the business have a website? (Yes/No)
If yes, does the website appear outdated or in need of improvement? (Yes/No)
Short note explaining why it could be improved (1–2 sentences)

Only include businesses that:

Have at least 5 Google reviews
Are independently owned (not national franchises)
Operate in residential home services

You must be comfortable using Google Maps, Google Search, and Google Sheets.

Attention to detail is extremely important.
