Job Title: Lead Research VA for UK Trades Web Design Agency

About the Role:
I run a web design agency in Manchester, UK that builds websites exclusively for tradespeople — roofers, electricians, plumbers and heating engineers across North England.

I need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help me identify prospects and prepare research reports. You do not need any web design knowledge — this is a research and data role only.

What You'll Do:

• Search for trades businesses (roofers, electricians, plumbers, heating engineers) operating in North England using Google, directories, and local search
• Check each business has a website and is a legitimate small/medium trades company (not a franchise, national chain, or directory listing)
• Find the business owner's name and contact details (email and/or phone number)
• Run a free website audit on each prospect using SEOptimer ( ---------- ) and export the report
• Log everything in a shared spreadsheet and send me the reports in batches

What I'm Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
• Comfortable doing repetitive research tasks independently
• Good written English for clear communication
• Reliable internet connection
• Available for approximately 10–15 hours per week to start

Pay:
Competitive rate for the right candidate. Paid weekly via Wise in Local currency.
