Short Form Video Editor

Video Editor Wanted — Instagram Reels (Ongoing)

We're a fitness media company producing short-form content, and we're looking for a skilled video editor to join our team on a long-term basis. We publish multiple Reels each week, so this is steady, ongoing work rather than a one-off project.
The role is straightforward: we provide the raw footage and a clear brief, and you turn it into polished, engaging Instagram Reels.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience editing vertical short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Can deliver clean captions, strong hooks, and tight pacing
• Is comfortable with a 24–48 hour turnaround per reel
• Has an interest in fitness or gym training (a real plus, as you'll understand the content better)

Pay is $20 per reel to start, with clear scope to increase as you prove reliable, plus consistent volume for the right editor. There's also potential to move into full-time work.
