About us

We provide videography and editing services to gyms and influencers in the fitness industry. We're an established, long-term company and we're expanding our editing team.

The role

You'll take raw footage we provide, follow a clear set of editing instructions, and produce polished short-form Instagram Reels within an agreed turnaround. This is repeat work with a consistent style, so once you learn our format it becomes fast and predictable.

You should be comfortable with

• Editing vertical (9:16) short-form content — Reels, TikToks, Shorts
• Punchy pacing, hooks, and retention editing
• Clean captions/subtitles and text overlays
• Following a style guide and taking direction
• Fast turnaround (typically 24–48h per reel)

Tell us which software you use (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects, etc.).

Payment

$20 per reel to start, with clear room to increase as you prove reliable. Strong performers can move into steady, higher-volume or full-time work.

3. The software you edit with and your typical turnaround time.
4. Your rate expectation if it differs from above.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a short test edit from a raw file we provide. This will qualify for the role.
