Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced qualified lawyer on a flexible remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have substantial post-qualification experience as a practising lawyer, strong corporate and commercial experience, and excellent legal drafting and judgment.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, thoughtful and dependable, and who can provide high-quality legal support, contribute ideas and work collaboratively with the firm. The role would suit a senior lawyer looking for interesting and varied legal work.

Requirements

• Lawyer qualified to the Bar
• Counsel or Partner-level experience preferred
• Strong corporate/commercial background
• Excellent English drafting and communication skills
• Strong legal judgment and attention to detail
• International or cross-border experience preferred

Location: Remote
Arrangement: Flexible / part-time, with scope to grow
