Read the whole post before you apply. I read every application, and I can tell quickly who skipped this.

What this is. I need one reliable editor to turn my real raw footage into post-ready short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Facebook ). I give you the clips, the script, and the on-screen text. You cut it, place the text inside the safe zones, match color and light across clips, and hand me something I can post with only minor edits. That last line is the whole job: would I post your edit with only minor edits?

What this is NOT. Not a general virtual assistant role, not social media management, not strategy or content calendars, not Canva graphics, and not AI-generated content. If that is your work, we are not a fit.

The one non-negotiable. You work a fixed block, 7:00 to 11:00 AM Tulsa, Oklahoma time (Central), Monday through Friday. This is a scheduled role. Showing up for your block, and telling me before there is a problem, is the job. If a set morning schedule is hard for you, please do not apply.

Hard rules, and breaking any one is an automatic no:

• Real footage only, the clips I provide. No stock footage, no stock or AI-generated people, no AI-generated video or images, ever.
• You must have CapCut, or an equivalent you are fluent in.
• You must have a PayPal account that receives USD. No PayPal, no hire.

How to apply, and missing a step means I skip you:

1. Send 3 to 5 direct links to short-form videos you personally edited. YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, or direct video files. Do not send a Canva site, a folder of graphics, or a resume in place of the work. I evaluate the videos only.
2. Confirm in writing that you can work 7:00 to 11:00 AM Central time, Monday through Friday.
3. Confirm you have a PayPal that receives USD.
4. Start your very first line by naming the one reel from your samples you are proudest of and why, in a single sentence. That tells me you read to the end.

Pay. $8 per hour USD, part-time, 20 hours a week, paid by PayPal. A strong fit moves to an ongoing role.
