Virtual Assistant for Online Fitness Coach

I am looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant to help me grow my online fitness coaching business. This person should be proactive, organized, and have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok DMs
• Follow up with potential clients
• Schedule consultations
• Send payment links
• Update Google Sheets/CRM
• Organize client information
• Answer frequently asked questions using provided scripts
• Keep leads organized and communicate daily

Experience with ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and social media is a plus.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for increased hours and pay based on performance.
