Ad Specialist Google- Facebook

We need someone to create, manage , and build our google ad and facebook ad's. Someone who is highly analytical to view results, and able to create landing pages/ contact form.
Ads go from google and facebook -> will probably need a zapier or form built on our crm.
This person needs to be talented and trained in this department. We are a real estate firm.
Ads we need built

• seller ads (people who might sell their home in our area, sellers looking for more information, sellers who want a call to action free guide (we have built)
• buyer ads- buyers who might be relocating, buyers who might want our free guide(already built)

The ad rep needs to stay within our ad spend budgets, generate results, be communicative on what you need done for this to be successful, and a forward communicator, who can speak the english language proficient for meetings.
We utilize google chat employee will have their own company email and google drive access.
