Meta Ads Account Specialist / Manager (Remote)

Company Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Meta Ads Account Specialist / Manager to oversee, protect, and scale our entire Meta infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our media buying operations—ensuring account health, handling restrictions, managing assets, and keeping our campaigns running smoothly and without interruption.

What You Will Be Doing

• Account Health & Infrastructure: Managing, structuring, and maintaining healthy Business Managers (BMs), ad accounts, pages, pixels, and domains from scratch.
• Appeals & Recovery: Handling restriction appeals, policy violations, checkpoints, and disabled accounts quickly and effectively with Meta Support.
• Compliance & Policy Control: Reviewing ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to minimize rejection rates and ensure strict alignment with Facebook advertising guidelines.
• Asset & Permission Management: Overseeing user roles, 2-factor authentication setups, business verification, and secure asset backups.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our media buying team to troubleshoot technical issues, supply healthy assets, and ensure uninterrupted campaign delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing and successfully recovering restricted Facebook ad accounts, BMs, and digital assets.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Meta’s ecosystem, tracking configurations, compliance triggers, and platform updates.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure when handling sudden account bans or platform updates.
• Communication: Good English communication skills for daily team alignment and updates.
• Remote Setup: Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
