Full-Time Video Editor & AI Content Creator

We’re hiring a full-time AI Video Specialist to create raw AI clips and assemble them into polished short-form videos using our internal workflows.

This is an execution role. Not strategy.
You’ll be given clear briefs, proven systems, and step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for every task.

If you haven't used every tool on our stack yet, that's okay we'll teach the right person.

What You'll Do

Video Editing

• Turn raw footage into high-retention short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Add captions, overlays, transitions, sound design, and B-roll in CapCut
• Follow brand guidelines and client briefs exactly
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately
• Deliver a consistent daily output, on time
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts

AI Clip Generation

• Generate AI video assets using tools like ChatGPT, Grok, and Veo3
• Execute SOPs precisely (prompts, settings, formats are predefined)
• Quality check all outputs (accuracy, artifacts, exports) before submission
• Flag issues and gaps to improve workflows
• Organize and label all assets clearly for handoff

General

• Manage multiple client projects without missing deadlines
• Keep files structured and easy to navigate
• Communicate proactively on progress, timelines, and blockers

Requirements

Must-Haves

• GROWTH MINDSET AND HUNGRY TO LEARN!!!!
• Strong proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience editing short-form content - PORTFOLIO REQUIRED
• Experience prompting AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in CapCut
• High attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable following SOPs (execute first, revise/polish second)
• Able to manage multiple projects without missing deadlines
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
• Coachable, fast learner, and willing to adopt new tools
• Currently working with NO OTHER CLIENTS. All work commitment should be on this role.

Nice-to-Haves

• Agency or content production background
• Strong understanding of short-form performance (hooks, pacing, retention)
• Copywriting experience
• Strong WiFi
