Content Creator (IG & TikTok)

We're hiring a creative, motivated Social Media Content Creator who lives on TikTok/Reels/Shorts and naturally studies what performs.

This role is perfect for someone who spends a lot of time online, knows why videos go viral, and wants to turn that instinct into a long-term career. You don't need years of experience — we care more about creativity, work ethic, reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong read on internet culture.

What you'll do:

Brainstorm viral content ideas
Create and edit short-form Reels / TikToks / Shorts
Research trending hooks, sounds, and viral formats
Use AI tools to scale creative output
Work with the team to iterate on what performs
Apply feedback fast

You're a good fit if you're:

Passionate about short-form content and social platforms
Fluent with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and internet culture
Creative with a sharp eye for aesthetics and pacing
Reliable, self-driven, and open to feedback
Comfortable picking up new tools (including AI)
Strong written/spoken English
Gen Z or Gen Z at heart encouraged. Experience helps, but determination and curiosity matter more.
