Views To Clients needs a fast, accurate List Builder for a short paid project.

We are building targeted lists of potential candidates for several roles. We will give you a clear brief for each search. Your job is to find relevant people, verify the available evidence, remove duplicates and add clean records to our hiring database.

This is not a recruiter position, a full-time role or a lengthy hiring process. We need someone who can start quickly and execute the project well.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Search LinkedIn, job boards, portfolio platforms and other relevant public sources.
• Find people who match the role brief.
• Capture the correct profile, contact route and relevant evidence.
• Check every person against our existing database to prevent duplicates.
• Add concise notes explaining why each person may fit.
• Prioritise genuine relevance and accuracy over dumping names into a spreadsheet.

YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF

• You have experience with list building, lead generation, prospect research, candidate research or deep online research.
• You work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• You are organised and comfortable working in spreadsheets or databases.
• You can use AI and search tools efficiently while personally checking the results.
• You can begin immediately or within the next few days.
