Recruitment Resourcer

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to help us find and shortlist top talent for open job positions. You'll conduct online research, source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms, and build a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.

Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
Conduct web research to find talent matching specific job requirements
Build and maintain candidate longlists/shortlists
Screen resumes/CVs against job criteria
Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, email , or other channels to gauge interest
Track sourcing activity and candidate status in a spreadsheet or ATS
Coordinate with the hiring team on candidate progress
Stay updated on sourcing techniques and platform search features

Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent research (agency or in-house)
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator and Indeed
Excellent internet research and Boolean search skills
Strong written English communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and own computer
Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking candidates

Nice to Have
Familiarity with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Prior experience recruiting for international/remote roles
Background in a specific industry (mention if applicable)
