Appointment Setter - Instagram & Tiktok

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to run our Instagram & Tiktok cold outreach. This is a pure execution role; no closing, no sales conversations required.

What You'll Do

• Search Instagram for qualified profiles matching our target criteria
• Send personalized cold DMs (approx. 100–150 messages per day)
• Follow up with prospects who don't respond, based on a provided sequence
• Log outreach and results in a shared tracker

What You Won't Do

• No sales calls or closing — once a prospect replies with interest, we take over the conversation.

Requirements
Fluent written English (dm's will be in dutch)
Experience with Instagram outreach, social selling, or lead generation (preferred but not required)
Reliable internet connection and daily availability
Comfortable following scripts/templates while keeping messages sounding natural and non-spammy
Organized: able to track outreach volume and responses accurately
