Social Media Growth Rockstar (Long-Term + Monthly Bonuses)

I am looking for a dedicated, creative, and English-fluent Social Media Manager to help grow my brand. This is a long-term position for someone who wants a stable job and is looking to grow with a company.

Your Primary Goals:

Content Management: Posting at least 1 static post daily (I will provide/approve the direction).
Organic Growth: Actively engaging with other accounts in our niche to increase followers (no bots, no fake followers).
Engagement: Promptly replying to all comments and DMs in a professional, friendly voice.
Basic Design: Using Canva or similar tools to make posts look professional.

Requirements:

Excellent English: You must be able to write captions that sound natural and conversational.
AI-Savvy: You know how to use Canva, ChatGPT or Claude to help draft captions and brainstorm ideas quickly.
Platform Knowledge: You understand the current algorithms for Instagram and LinkedIn
Reliability: You must be able to check in daily and meet posting deadlines.
