Klaviyo Email/SMS Specialist Wanted — US Supplement Brand

ABOUT US

We're a fast-growing US supplement brand targeting women . We sell on Shopify and drive traffic through paid ads on Facebook and Instagram.

We need ONE Klaviyo specialist to become part of our core team and fully own our email & SMS marketing — flows, campaigns, segmentation, all of it.

If you're the right fit, this is a long-term home. Our current tea ---------- mbers have been with us for 1+ year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Audit and fully optimize our existing Klaviyo account (flows, segments, deliverability, list health)
Build and refine automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, subscription flows, etc.)
Design and send weekly/monthly email & SMS campaigns aligned with our brand voice
A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve open/click/conversion rates
Segment our list for better personalization and retention
Report on key metrics and suggest data-driven improvements
Iterate fast based on what's converting (data-driven, not guessing)

MUST-HAVES (do not apply without these)

2+ years hands-on experience with Klaviyo (Shopify integration a must)
Proven track record building flows and campaigns that drive revenue
Strong English (you'll write US-facing copy and understand US tone/humor)
Reliable internet + ability to deliver on tight deadlines
Can start immediately

BONUS POINTS

Experience with supplement, skincare, or women's health brands
Understanding of direct-response/email marketing principles (segmentation, personalization, deliverability)
You've grown email revenue as a % of total store revenue (send us the numbers)
Copywriting skills to complement flows/campaigns
