Social Media Manager (Follower Growth) + Video Editor — Part Time

Salary: $4/hour (Part-time, [X] hrs/week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow our real, organic followers and also edit videos for our social media platforms & Non- Profit Organization

Responsibilities:

Create and execute a content strategy to grow real, organic followers (no bots, no fake followers, no follower-buying services)
Plan and post content consistently across our platforms (specify: Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / YouTube)
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) — cutting, captions, transitions, trending audio
Suggest content ideas/concepts, not just execute what's given
Monitor performance (followers, engagement, views) and report weekly
Engage with comments/messages to build community

Requirements:

Proven experience growing a real social media account (please share before/after follower numbers or screenshots)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro)
Good English communication skills
Can commit to 20 hrs/week during Hawaii
