MAXCREDIT helps entrepreneurs and business owners improve their personal credit and access business funding to grow their companies. We are looking for a detail oriented Credit Repair & Business Funding Specialist who can take ownership of client fulfillment and help create an exceptional client experience.

This position starts part time with the opportunity to grow into a full time leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage client files inside DisputeFox
• Review and update client credit reports
• Prepare and submit credit disputes, BBB and CFPB complaints
• Collect documents and information from clients
• Maintain accurate client notes and records
• Prepare business funding applications and supporting documents
• Verify client information before submitting applications
• Monitor application statuses and provide client updates
• Follow up with clients regarding missing documents, billing, and account information
• Maintain organization and ensure every client file stays up to date
• Assist in improving internal processes and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit repair is required
• Experience with DisputeFox preferred
• Experience preparing business funding or business credit applications
• Strong understanding of personal credit reports and credit scoring
• Excellent written English communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple clients at once
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Experience using Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or similar software is a plus
