Video 2D animator / motion graphics editor for sleep channel

I am looking for a professional to create / edit YouTube sleep videos

The length of the video should be 1:30 hour / 2 hours.

I want the video to be a like this, see video example Look at 1:17 some type of 2D animation that will come back. and is moving and also you see outside the window is moving.

I am are looking for someone who:

• Has experience/work in creating social media video content, especially YouTube videos.

• Has experience using video editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro

• Fluent in English

• Able to work within the deadline (24 hours)

• The style should adhere to our brand guidelines.

However, you can be very creative to make the video entertaining and engaging.
