LogoStak is a growing promotional products, apparel decoration, and branded merchandise company based in California, USA. We help businesses build their brands through custom promotional products, embroidery, screen printing, and corporate apparel.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and increasing responsibility.

Position Overview

Your primary responsibility will be helping us develop, maintain, and grow our e-commerce website using the NOPCommerce platform. You'll work closely with our ecommerce director and team to improve the customer experience, expand our online product catalog, manage website content, and assist with online order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our NOPCommerce website
• Add, edit, and organize products, categories, and product attributes
• Upload product images and optimize product descriptions
• Improve the overall appearance, navigation, and user experience of the website
• Help identify opportunities to increase online sales and conversions
• Assist with online order management and processing
• Monitor website accuracy, pricing, and product information
• Work with management to launch new product lines and promotions
• Assist in maintaining additional online sales platforms and marketplaces
• Coordinate with our team regarding product updates and website improvements
• Perform quality checks to ensure a smooth customer shopping experience

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience working in e-commerce
• Excellent written English with the ability to write for SEO
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with our team
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Available for full-time employment

Preferred

• Experience with NOPCommerce
• Experience with product data management
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with image editing software such as Photoshop or Canva
• Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce
• Experience with promotional products, apparel, or retail e-commerce
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, or similar tools
