About the role
This isn’t a shadow-the-team-and-take-notes position. You’ll be in the accounts from week one — pulling numbers, uploading/building flows, and keeping multiple brands moving at once. If you like checklists, hate loose ends, and want to learn how a real agency runs from the inside, keep reading.

What you’ll do

Monitor and update account metrics and analytics on a weekly basis.
Upload, update, and QA email and SMS automations (journeys/flows) in platforms like Klaviyo, Redo, Attentive, Postscript, Yotpo.
Support internal operations across multiple client accounts.
Pitch in on the agency’s own operational tasks — the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running.

Disciplined and self-directed. We’re remote; nobody’s hovering.
A fast learner who asks smart questions instead of guessing.
An excellent communicator with sharp grammar. You’ll be writing for brands people actually read.
A strong listener. You catch details the first time.
Someone with impeccable work ethic and zero drama.
If English isn’t your first language, your proficiency needs to be advanced to near-native.
