PUPPY PURSCHASER

World Famous Puppies is a high-end puppy boutique in the USA — our puppies go to loving families and celebrity clients across the country. We're hiring a Puppy Buyer & Logistics Coordinator to be the engine behind our inventory and deliveries.

?? REQUIREMENT: You MUST have an active USA phone number (Google Voice, Dialpad, or similar) with WhatsApp — all breeder contact and team coordination happens through WhatsApp with a US number. Applications without a US number will not be considered.

YOUR JOB (Mon–Fri, US hours overlap required):

PUPPY BUYING:

• Contact US dog breeders daily (WhatsApp, phone, email , Facebook ) to find available litters
• Evaluate puppies for our boutique standard: breed quality, coloring, cuteness factor, health
• Request and verify health records, vaccination records, and breeder credentials (USDA licensing, health testing) — our puppies carry a 10-year health guarantee, so quality sourcing is everything
• Negotiate purchase pricing with breeders
• Upload ~10 puppies per day to our Shopify website: photos, breed details, personality descriptions, pricing
• Keep our inventory tracker updated daily so the sales team always knows what's available

DELIVERY LOGISTICS:

• Coordinate every puppy delivery from purchase to the customer's door
• Book and schedule transport: same-day/next-day air (in-cabin puppy nanny), air cargo, and ground transport with our licensed USDA transport partners
• Track flights and transport runs, confirm pickup and arrival times, and keep customers' deliveries on schedule
• Work hand-in-hand over WhatsApp with our Spanish-speaking sales team — they close the sale, you make the delivery happen
• Communicate delivery status clearly so nothing falls through the cracks

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A TRUE animal lover who knows dog breeds cold — Goldendoodles, Poodles, Yorkies, Golden Retrievers, Pomeranians, Frenchies — and can tell a top-quality puppy from an average one
• Has an active USA phone number + WhatsApp (required)
• Experience in purchasing, vendor sourcing, or logistics coordination (pet industry a big plus)
• Shopify experience strongly preferred (product uploads, descriptions, collections)
• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be talking to American breeders every day (Spanish is a bonus, our sales team speaks it!)
• Extremely organized — you'll be juggling breeders, flights, and deliveries at the same time
• Long-term mindset — we want someone who grows with us
