About the Role

We are seeking a Reality TV Story Producer & Editor to help transform raw footage into a compelling reality series following an entrepreneur, beauty school owner, educator, wife, mother, and visionary building multiple businesses.

This role is more than editing.

We need someone who can identify storylines, create emotional arcs, improve pacing, and help shape a series with potential for future streaming or network distribution.

• Review and organize raw footage
• Identify compelling storylines
• Edit episodes and trailers
• Improve pacing and viewer retention
• Recommend future filming opportunities
• Help shape the overall direction of the series
