IT SPECIALIST

The IT Specialist is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in the data integrity of key My Amazon Guy functions. The position is responsible for assisting the CTO and IT Department, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, data models, and data pipelines. Possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills. The role requires someone who is passionate about data quality, data analytics, and automation in order to drive business strategy. An ability to be an expert in problem-solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies are essential in enabling the IT Manager to show where My Amazon Guy processes are broken and how those processes are affecting key data points. An individual with a strong passion to solve problems and improve data integrity will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security across all platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, and network-related issues across teams.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with security systems, including antivirus, firewalls, and two-factor authentication.
• Oversee and optimize the use of company tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Monday, HubSpot, WordPress).
• Support website management and CMS platforms, ensuring functionality, updates, and performance optimization.
• Analyze system data and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand workflows and improve system integrations and data architecture.
• Assist in automation and process improvements, including API integrations and workflow optimization where applicable.
• Document IT processes, provide training, and ensure teams are equipped to use systems efficiently.
• Proactively identify technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality output.

Qualifications:

SENIOR DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Senior Developer who is a versatile, all-around technical expert capable of managing end-to-end development of systems, applications, and web platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development and Systems Management

-Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows

• Cross-Platform Integrations and Automation

-Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems
-Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes

• Remote Collaboration and Team Support
