About ATOZ Solutions

ATOZ Solutions runs campus flyer distribution for advertisers: physical flyers delivered under dorm room doors by a network of student contractors. Think of it as an Uber-style model, flyers to students, done by students. We currently operate on 18 campuses along the East Coast and are expanding our student contractor network.

The Role

You will be the engine behind our campus recruiting. Your job is to find student clubs and organizations at our target schools, find their contact email s, and reach out to see whether they or their members are interested in paid work distributing flyers on their campus. You will start with 5 or 6 assigned schools and grow to around 10 as you build a rhythm. This is ongoing daily work, not a one-off project.

What You Will Do Every Day

1. Research clubs. Identify student organizations at your assigned schools using club directories, school websites, social media, and any other source you can find.
2. Find contact email s. Collect email addresses for clubs, e-boards, and individual student leaders. Any email connected to a group of students, or a single student who could spread the word, counts.
3. Send outreach email s. Use our provided templates to contact each club or student about paid distribution work for their members.
4. Handle replies and follow-ups. Answer questions using the response guide we provide, and follow up with anyone who has not responded on a set schedule.
5. Write an end-of-day report. Every day you will submit a short report listing every club contacted, email s found, responses received, and anything that needs my attention.

What We Provide

  • A list of target schools (starting with 5 or 6, expanding to about 10)
  • Email templates for first touches and follow-ups
  • A response guide covering the questions clubs and students commonly ask
  • A simple report template and tracking sheet

Daily Expectations

  • About 4 focused hours per day, on your own schedule within ET business hours
  • After your first training week, a minimum of 25 new clubs contacted per day (researched, email found, outreach sent)
  • Same-day replies to any club or student who writes back
  • End-of-day report submitted before you sign off, every working day

I review the daily reports closely. Consistent output is how this role continues and how additional hours open up; hours beyond 20 per week are offered based on results, not automatic.

Who This Fits

  • Strong written English: your email s represent us to student leaders
  • Organized and self-directed: you will manage your own daily pipeline across multiple schools
  • Comfortable with repetitive research: much of this job is digging through club directories and finding email s
  • Reliable: this runs every weekday, and the daily report is non-negotiable
  • Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets)
  • Bonus: current college student or recent grad who knows how campus clubs operate
