Patient care coordinator

I have a small pediatric physical and occupational therapy business and am looking for a patient care coordinator/ virtual assistant.

Duties include: answering inquiries between 8-5 on the phone (English proficiency is a must)- script provided, making website edits with copy, funnels, photo uploads (we use GoHighLevel), posting to Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, commenting in social media threads when someone looking for our services inquires, tracking and improving conversion rates, general marketing and sending flyers with canva and email campaigns, creating and enhancing SOPs.
