We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach & Referral Ambassador to help identify opportunities, conversations, and communities where our organization can provide value, resources, services, or educational opportunities.

This position focuses on online relationship building, community engagement, referral generation, and opportunity identification.

The ideal candidate enjoys social media, online networking, community groups, and connecting people with helpful resources.

Responsibilities

Daily Community Monitoring

Research and monitor:

• Facebook Groups
• Community Groups
• Professional Groups
• Industry-Specific Groups
• Local Networking Groups
• Career Development Groups
• Parent & Family Groups
• Workforce Development Groups
• Community Events
• Online Forums
• Event Listings

Opportunity Identification

Identify conversations where our organization may be relevant, including:

• Service recommendations
• Training opportunities
• Educational opportunities
• Career development opportunities
• Community partnerships
• Events and networking opportunities
• Resource requests
• Industry-specific questions
• Referral opportunities

Community Engagement

Professionally engage with community members by:

• Providing helpful information
• Recommending relevant resources
• Sharing appropriate opportunities
• Starting conversations
• Answering basic questions
• Directing individuals to appropriate tea ---------- mbers when needed

Documentation & Reporting

Track all outreach activity including:

• Group Name
• Post Link
• Screenshot of Original Post
• Screenshot of Response
• Date and Time
• Community Size
• Engagement Generated
• Messages Received
• Leads Generated
• Opportunities Identified

Weekly Performance Goals

• Qualified Opportunities Identified

Compensation

Hourly or performance-based compensation available.

Performance bonuses may be available for qualified leads, appointments, referrals, and other measurable outcomes.
