Graphic Designer

20 hours/week · 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday · Long-term

ATOZ Solutions puts advertising flyers under college dorm room doors across 18 US East Coast campuses. The flyer is our product. We're hiring a designer who makes every one worth picking up off the floor.

What you'll do:

• Design print-ready 5x7" flyers from written briefs we provide (correct bleed, CMYK, 300dpi, print-ready PDF export)
• Make them look genuinely good: strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, in each client's brand (tutoring, test prep, study abroad, wellness)
• Revise quickly based on client feedback, usually 1-2 rounds
• Finalize approved designs and prepare the files we send to the printer
• Proof your own work: a typo that reaches print is the one unforgivable error in this job

You should have:

• A portfolio with at least one piece designed for print (flyers, posters, packaging), not only social media graphics
• Canva Pro plus at least one of Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma
• Excellent written English and careful proofreading
• Reliable availability 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PHT every weekday; print deadlines are hard deadlines
• Fast turnaround: brief to first concepts in 1-2 working days

Pay: $400 per month (20 hours/week). Paid test task for shortlisted candidates. Hours can grow as our client volume grows.
