Paint Now WNY is a fast-growing painting company based in New York, serving homeowners for interior and exterior painting projects. We’re getting a steady flow of leads and are looking for a reliable Appointment Setter who can help us respond quickly, book estimates, and create a smooth experience for every customer.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, quick to follow up, and experienced in turning inquiries into booked appointments. Plus, someone who is sharp and can vet out customers/bad leads.

What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages from new leads
Follow up with homeowners who have not booked yet
Schedule painting estimates on our calendar
Keep lead notes updated and organized
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
Help make sure every potential customer feels taken care of

Requirements:
Clear English with no/minimal accent — REQUIRED
Previous appointment setting experience — REQUIRED
Quality headset with clear microphone — REQUIRED
Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, responsive, and reliable
Quiet workspace and stable internet connection
Able to work during EST business hours

Starting pay: $5–$8/hr (negotiable for the right candidate)
